• Cercado de Arequipa (Historic Center): Just a 10-15 minute walk or a short taxi ride away from the university. It keeps you close to fine restaurants, museums, and historical sites after the day's academic sessions conclude.
• Av. Venezuela / Av. Independencia Area: Ideal if you are looking to minimize travel times. There are several independent hotels and guesthouses catering to academic visitors and executives, situated just steps from the campus gates.
• Yanahuara or Cayma Districts: Very safe, scenic, and commercial residential areas. Located roughly 15 minutes away by taxi, they offer an excellent selection of premium hotels and diverse dining options.
